Footage from the first Black Star Line Festival, the free concert in Accra, Ghana that brought together music, art, and the African diaspora on an international stage. It grew out of Chance the Rapper's work connecting his creative life to Ghana.

Vaughn was the on-site producer in Accra and brought on a full crew of Ghanaian filmmakers to document it. The coverage ran the whole week, including a conversation between Chance and Dave Chappelle at the University of Ghana.
